MEET THE EXECUTIVE TEAM

Gary's start in the oil & gas industry came in 1977 negotiating and purchasing oil & gas leases to drill wells in Oklahoma, West Texas, and Arkansas and quickly moved to field operations.  Over the course of seven years, he drilled 55 wells.  After moving to Land Energy, he directed teams in operating saltwater disposal wells.  Here he implemented state-of-the-art crude oil skimming technologies designed to minimize the impact/contamination of the wastewater disposal wells.

At Itero Energy, a reclamation company, he organized teams to acquire bottom sediments, water, and hydrocarbon-laden soils across Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana.  His responsibilities included contracting with producers to remediate water and petroleum hydrocarbon spills by implementing state of the art remediation technologies and methodologies.

In 2009 Gary started work in the Permian basin of West Texas as general manager of BS & W Solutions.  Prior to his arrival, the site was hemorrhaging monetary losses and was on the verge of closure or sale.  He managed full daily operations of this 130-acre facility to process top barrel, oil rejects, and bottom sediments from producers across west Texas and Oklahoma, coordinating a large team of crude haulers delivering a steady flow of contaminants to the facility.  At the end of his first year at the helm, the financial situation had made a sharp 180° turn as the location delivered major profits and continued to do so each following year of his tenure.
